We are currently only delivering across the UK.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our London facility, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your brine every step of the way. Please note that pre-order batches will ship as per the dates specified in the product descriptions.

How to Return
Eligibility & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your brine, follow these steps to start your return: 1. Contact recklesspickle@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. 2. Ensure the bottle is unopened and the seal is intact. 3. Pack securely and ship back to our London HQ. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
Perishable goods like our pickleback brine are only eligible for return if the safety seal is unbroken. We cannot offer refunds on opened bottles for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged. For faulty items, please include a photo in your initial email for a priority exchange.

By accessing the Reckless Pickle shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our pickleback brine is sold across the UK under these specific ecommerce regulations.
2. PRE-ORDER POLICY
All items in our first batch are pre-orders. Payment is taken at the time of order to secure your limited-edition bottle. Shipping is estimated for late July 2026, subject to production timelines.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices for future batches without prior notice. Secure payments are processed via our encrypted checkout.
4. PRODUCT USE
Reckless Pickle brine is intended for personal consumption as a beverage mixer or food ingredient. Resale of our first-batch products without explicit written consent is prohibited.
5. LIABILITY
We strive for perfection, but our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Reckless Pickle is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from delayed pre-order shipments.

How should I store my pickle brine?
Can be stored in a cool dry place before opening. Pop it in the fridge as soon as you open it. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 4 weeks for the best flavour.
